Berkshire 150

Berkshire 150 is a 5-week wellness program for the greater Berkshire community. The goal of the program is to exercise at least 150 minutes a week, which the CDC recommends as part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Berkshire 150 Program Dates for 2023

Important Dates and Information

  • March 27th: Registration opens for individuals and teams
  • April 16th: Team name registration deadline
  • Individuals can register at any time, even after the program starts
  • You will submit the total number of minutes you exercised weekly, each week begins on a Sunday
  • April 21st: Online submission link opens. Submit weekly minutes here.
  • May 25th: Online submission link closes at 12 noon
