I am a family nurse practitioner at Operation Better Start with over 25 years of combined experience working in healthcare in a variety of roles. Dedicated to holistic care and blending evidence-based medicine with integrative approaches, my work is driven by curiosity and compassion. I’m always open to learning, collaboration, and new challenges. Outside of work, I tend to wander the borderlands between movement, creativity, and stillness—usually with a backpack, sketchbook, or snack in hand. I enjoy hiking, kayaking, cycling, and occasionally testing gravity through Krav Maga and BJJ. When not outdoors, I’m restoring curious old objects, diving into medical research, or meditating just long enough to start planning my next adventure.
