PROGRAM MISSION
Our mission is to provide a comprehensive, up-to-date, high-quality, and affordable education in medical laboratory science. We prepare graduates with the knowledge, technical skills, and professional behavior required to excel in clinical laboratories and adapt to the evolving healthcare environment.

Why Choose Us?

“It’s fulfilling to know that my work contributes to crucial healthcare decisions every day. My strengths in biology, chemistry, and mathematics are put to great use. I love the hands-on science aspect. The ability to multitask and think critically are essential. I enjoy the unique challenge of testing specimens over direct patient care.” -Beza, 2022 Graduate

01

Graduates are eligible for the MLS certification exam by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP-BOC).

02

Master specimen collection, processing, and analysis to ensure quality lab results.

03

Perform manual and automated testing on blood and body fluids.

04

Conduct maintenance, troubleshooting, quality control, and calibration on complex lab equipment.

05

Evaluate quality control data and interpret lab results for various pathological conditions.

06

Adhere to state, federal, institutional, and regulatory agencies’ guidelines and apply safety practices in the clinical lab.

07

Demonstrate professional and ethical conduct with all healthcare professionals, consumers, and patients.

08

Utilize current information systems for test requisition, data entry, quality control monitoring, and information exchange.

09

Our program offers tuition assistance, free health insurance, and free housing for qualified candidates.
