Fairview Hospital's emergency department is designated a Primary Stroke Center by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, offering 24 hour physician coverage and telemedicine capabilities connecting our medical team to specialists at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield. Fairview's emergency team treats nearly 12,000 patients each year.
