Traffic barriers and road modifications are in place. Construction manager trailer, fencing and directional signage have been placed onsite.
New Lewis Avenue drive entrance site work has commenced.
Occasional adjustments to nearby roads and traffic patterns may occur to support safe site operations.
Emergency Department access from Lewis Avenue will remain available, and any changes will be coordinated to minimize disruption.
Current site preparation activities include drilling for geothermal wells installation of support of excavation shoring and vibration monitoring.
Site work will include ongoing tree removal, topsoil clearance and additional mobilization by specialty contractors.
Project activities and sequencing may change as conditions evolve.

Construction is underway to support the Fairview Hospital Campus Revitalization Project, with early work focused on site work and utility improvements.
Occasional adjustments to nearby roads and traffic patterns may occur to support safe site operations.
Effective 4/27, the traffic pattern at the Lewis Ave. entrance will change and site drive work will commence. Traffic barriers will be installed, and signage will redirect visitors appropriately.
Emergency Department access will remain available, and any changes will be coordinated to minimize disruption.
Current site preparation activities include installing erosion control measures, setting out foundation locations, and placing project signage.
Site work will also include topsoil stripping/stockpiling, setting up temporary site facilities (such as a construction trailer), and additional mobilization by specialty contractors.
Project activities and sequencing may change as conditions evolve.
