About Yulia Bespalova, PA-C;

I am a Physician Assistant with a Master of Science in Chemistry and a strong dedication to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. My approach focuses on building trusting partnerships with patients, where open communication and mutual respect are the foundation. I believe in educating patients to become active participants in their health, with an emphasis on prevention and holistic wellness.

My clinical experience includes dermatology, women’s health, emergency medicine, and family medicine, allowing me to provide well-rounded care across various life stages and conditions. I was drawn to the Berkshires and Berkshire Health Systems because of their deep-rooted commitment to community-focused healthcare and access to nature-based healing environments.

Outside of medicine, I enjoy hiking and absolutely love being in nature. Exploring trails and spending time outdoors brings me joy and helps me stay balanced and connected, both personally and professionally.

Clinical Interest

My primary clinical interests are dermatology and preventive medicine, with a special focus on cosmetic dermatology. I enjoy working with patients to manage both acute and chronic skin conditions, perform dermatologic procedures, and help them feel confident in their skin. I’m also passionate about empowering patients through education and lifestyle interventions that promote long-term wellness and disease prevention.
