About Jeffrey Osman, NP-C, MSN

I graduated from Boston College with my masters in nursing as a Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in 2022. With over a decade of work experience in behavioral healthcare, I have learned the importance of patient autonomy and individual preference. I work in collaboration with my patients to design a treatment plan that will be safe, effective, and aligned with your preferences and values. I believe in the importance of integrating psychotherapeutic techniques including CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing into every session, in addition to medication management and referrals to adjunctive therapy.

I have been visiting the Berkshires since I was young, from Tanglewood concerts with my grandpa to weekend adventures hiking on Mt. Greylock. I have always found it to be a warm and welcoming community and I am excited to finally join as a local resident. In my spare time I enjoy backpacking, cycling, and playing golf. I look forward to working with you!
