Berkshire Health Systems is pleased to welcome Alexander Belkin, MD to our Hematology/Oncology Division. Dr. Belkin received his medical degree from Saba University School of Medicine on the island of Saba in the Dutch Netherlands. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Long Island Community Hospital in Patchogue, NY, and completed his fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at Roger Williams Medical Center in Providence, RI.
Clinically, Dr. Belkin appreciates working with other medical professionals to provide multidisciplinary care especially on complex cancer cases. He is interested in benign hematology as well as the implementation of immunotherapy in solid tumors. He is excited to provide the best, most up-to-date care possible in a dynamic medical specialty.
In his free time, Dr. Belkin enjoys going to concerts, trivia, and playing chess.
Dr. Belkin is practicing at the Phelps Cancer Center on our Hillcrest Campus in Pittsfield.
