About Marcella Bradway, MD

I have practiced exclusively Colon and Rectal Surgery for 23 years but also cover trauma cases nights. I am the chair of the department of surgery and am extremely proud of the surgical services that are offered through BMC. My job is to help patients with colorectal problems which can greatly influence their quality of life. I strive to educate patients so that they can be partners in decision making. I was born at Berkshire Medical Center. I left the area for my education and medical training, and was part of a colon and rectal surgery practice in Bridgeport, CT for 8 years before deciding to return to the Berkshires with my husband (from Stockbridge) to raise our 2 small children. We love the Berkshires and are convinced it is the best place to live and raise a family. We love our lakes and mountains and the amazing cultural offerings in our county. I I love being outside on the water or in the mountains or at Tanglewood or Jacobs pillow. I love to paddle board, sail and ski.
