What approach does the Life Enhancement Program take?

The Life Enhancement Program (LEP) at Fairview Hospital is an evidence-based, multi-disciplinary program that transfers the best practices of wellness to underserved communities to prevent, diagnose, and address chronic diseases. The LEP uses an integrative approach to health and is grounded in the best practices of health literacy.

Our commitment to community.

Canyon Ranch Institute and Berkshire Health Systems (BHS) partnered in 2013 to begin developing a Life Enhancement Program (LEP) for residents of Berkshire County and the patients served by BHS. The program aims to eliminate health disparities and empower people in communities throughout Berkshire County to prevent chronic disease and embrace a life of wellness.

LEP came to Fairview Hospital in 2015 to provide this program to South County residents. We have a dedicated team of health professionals that work along side participants to empower them to be successful on their wellness journey.
