I love being a midwife! I believe pregnancy and birth are sacred passages for the whole family and that the core work of midwifery is to provide individualized care and support for the journey. I am passionate about physiologic birth and about strengthening and working with our innate abilities to achieve healthy outcomes. I am excited every day to be able to help individuals understand and navigate their health challenges, prevent disease, and promote and maintain their best health.
In my spare time I enjoy communing with the natural world, playing with my two young children, gardening with my husband, time with friends, reading or listening to stories, knitting, and sewing.
