Unless prior arrangements have been made, we anticipate and appreciate payment and/or co-payment at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover, personal checks and cash. We will help you by directly submitting claims to your insurance company. Please have your insurance ID card with you when you check in at the front desk, as we will want to scan that information into your account. We do have contractual agreements with numerous managed care and insurance companies.
