Appointments: Please call Lenox Family Health at 413-344-1700 for routine and urgent matters. If you need an appointment for illness or a symptom we will try to schedule you with an appointment on the same day or within 24-hours. If you need to cancel your visit, please notify us as soon as possible. If you are experiencing an emergency illness, call 9-1-1.
Office Hours: Lenox Family Health is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:20 am to 5:00 pm, and on Tuesday and Thursday we have added early evening hours, with our practice open from 7:20 am to 6:30 pm those days of the week.
Prescriptions and Refills: Your provider at Lenox Family Health will ask you to confirm a preferred pharmacy for your prescription orders and refills. Refills of existing prescriptions can be requested by using our prescription line. Simply call the main Lenox Family Health phone number – 413-344-1700 - and press 1 for instructions. Two business days are required for refill orders. If you have questions about new prescriptions or about discontinuing a medication, please speak with your case manager or another member of your healthcare team. They will help you to decide if you should be seen in order to discuss your prescription plan or goals.
Special Accommodations Lenox Family Health is wheelchair accessible by ramp, located at the front entrance to the building at 55 Pittsfield Rd. Lenox, in the Lenox Commons. Medical translation services are provided for all patients who do not speak English or have limited English language proficiency, as needed.
After-Hours Care If you would like to speak with Lenox Family Health's on-call physician after-hours to help decide how to treat an illness or symptom, or if you need help in deciding if you need to be seen in the hospital emergency department, call our main office number: 413-344-1700. Our answering service will page the on-call physician and he or she will return your call within one hour of your inquiry. If you receive care in a hospital emergency department, please let us know at your earliest convenience so that we can assist with your follow-up care, as needed.
