Do I Need a Referral?
When scheduling an appointment, we ask that you provide a written referral from your ordering physician.
However, referrals are not necessary for screening Mammograms or Diabetes Education.

If you would like to schedule yourself for a screening Mammogram, please call Central Scheduling at (413) 447-2451. We will be happy to assist you.If you are having any type of breast problem or breast concerns, please contact the Berkshire Medical Center's Women's Imaging Center at (413) 447-2147.
