The Goal: To walk daily
Tracking minutes: Keep track of your exercise minutes daily - on your phone, on a calendar or an app such as myfitnesspal.com. Submit total # of minutes weekly using the online report form here
Prize drawing: Held at the end of the program, 5 prizes will be awarded to random WalkOctober participants. To be entered in the drawing, track & submit your exercise minutes weekly.
Walk outdoors in the fresh autumn air everyday in October:
All participants who submit weekly minutes will be entered into a drawing for 1 of 5 wellness prizes.
