With this advanced equipment, BMC's Radiation Oncology specialists can deliver precise radiation therapy to treat tumors. Using built-in CT scanning to confirm the shape and position of the tumor before each treatment, TomoTherapy reduces radiation exposure to healthy tissues and organs.
We also offer brachytherapy, which consists of concentrated doses of radiation in small capsules or seeds are implanted inside or along the treatment site; it is particularly efficient and convenient for patients with prostate and gynecological cancer.
