Prescriptions and Refills
Your provider at Hillcrest Family Health will ask you to confirm a preferred pharmacy for your prescription orders and refills. Refills of existing prescriptions can be requested by using our prescription line. Simply call the main Hillcrest Family Health phone number - 413-499-2051 - and press 1 for instructions. Two business days are required for refill orders.
If you have questions about new prescriptions or about discontinuing a medication, please speak with your case manager, Ray Webb, RN, or Joyce Stores, RN. They will help you to decide if you should be seen in order to discuss your prescription plan or goals.
