Your provider at Lenox Family Health will ask you to confirm a preferred pharmacy for your prescription orders and refills. Refills of existing prescriptions can be requested by using our prescription line. Simply call the main Lenox Family Health phone number - 413-344-1700 - and press 1 for instructions.Two business days are required for refill orders.
If you have questions about new prescriptions or about discontinuing a medication, please speak with your case manager. They will help you to decide if you should be seen in order to discuss your prescription plan or goals.
