The Pastoral Care staff at Berkshire Medical Center is available to provide spiritual support to those with religious connections and those who have none.
The Chaplains offer support to any cancer patient who desires it, including those undergoing chemotherapy and/or radiation treatment, cancer surgery, and all individuals and families in need of spiritual support. In addition, the Chaplains are available on an on-call basis for emergency requests from patients and their loved ones.
The chaplains collaborate with area clergy and faith community leaders to offer the most helpful pastoral care, including Eucharistic Ministers who bring Communion to Catholic patients. They are available for prayer, counseling, sacraments and inquiries for personal spiritual practice.
