Health & Wellness Classes: Small Steps to Health
Small Steps to Health wellness screening and classes build on what you know about health, and help you put that knowledge into small, do-able steps, which can create BIG changes in your health. Small Steps includes a Wellness Screening, which gives participants information about their blood glucose levels, cholesterol, and blood pressure.
Additionally, Small Steps is four interactive classes, each an hour-long, to help you change what you know about health into healthy behaviors.
Each Small Steps participant will create their own wellness vision, which will guide them as they explore how to eat better, move more, and find more joy in life. Where are you on your health journey? Would you like to create a plan, just for you, to improve your health and quality of life? If you are ready to take a small step, call to learn more about upcoming classes.
