Kristin Lamontagne is a primary care physician on WMA’s internal medicine team. She received a bachelor's degree from Williams College and her medical degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School. She then completed her residency and internship at the University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, NY.
She chose to practice primary care, because she enjoys forming long-term relationships with patients while treating many types of medical problems. Dr. Lamontagne believes well-being and health depends on preventive
medicine and a healthy lifestyle. After growing up in the Berkshires, Dr. Lamontagne chose to return home to practice here, for the benefits of the country lifestyle, outdoors, and to help serve the community where she grew up.
Dr. Lamontagne is a member of the American Medical Association, the Massachusetts Medical Society, and the American College of Physicians. She enjoys spending time with her family, being active outdoors, and playing music.
