DR. MURALI JOINS GASTROENTEROLOGY PRACTICE AND BMC MEDICAL STAFF
PITTSFIELD, MA – Berkshire Medical Center announces the appointment of Rangan Murali, MD, a fellowship trained, board certified gastroenterologist, to the BMC medical staff. Dr. Murali has joined Central Berkshire Gastroenterology and is partnered with Larry Pellish, MD, Jeffrey St. John, MD and Arthur Wasser, MD in providing gastroenterology services to patients throughout the Berkshire region.
Dr. Murali comes to the Berkshires from Chicago, where he previously served with John Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County/RUSH University Medical Center. He was fellowship trained in gastroenterology at John Stroger, Jr. Hospital, where he also completed his medical residency and served as Chief Resident in the Department of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Murali received his medical degree from Coimbatore Medical College, Bharathiar University, India, and is board certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He serves in the United States Army Reserve and has the rank of Major.
