Stress Reduction Program for Cancer Patients Presented at BMC
PITTSFIELD, MA – Berkshire Medical Center will present a program on stress reduction for cancer patients. Stress Reduction Workshop will be held on Tuesday, October 11th from 4 to 5 pm in the BMC Health Information Room, located just off the main hallway near the hospital entrance. The event is designed to assist those with cancer to manage stress more effectively using various tools.
The program will be presented by Juliana Reiss, PsyD, BMC Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Science. She will discuss techniques and tools to cope with anxiety, fears of the disease or recurrence along with addressing day to day struggles.
