Berkshire Medical Center's General Practice Residency in Dentistry requires:
Graduation from Dental School: We prefer applicants who graduated within 10 years
- US Citizen, Permanent Resident, Visa: H1B visa transfers, or Resident status with EA card
Interviews are required
Basic Life Support (BLS) must be current to matriculate
Three letters of recommendation
Passport style photograph
Resume or curriculum vitae
Successfully completed Part I of NDBE
Minimum TOEFL score: 90
If language of instruction in dental school was not English:

Once completed PASS applications are reviewed, qualified applicants will be invited to interview. We offer interviews on Fridays from November through mid-December.
