The School of Medical Technology is affiliated with the following colleges and universities:

- University of Wisconsin at Stevens Point, http://www.uwsp.edu/
Temporary affiliation agreements have also been established for several other colleges/universities with 3+1 programs.
Students in Medical Technology Programs from these institutions receive college credits for the courses taken at the Berkshire Medical Center, and upon completion of their training are granted a B.S. degree.
Students of Medical Technology, working for their B.S. degree register with the school conferring the degree and, pay whatever fees are required.
Students are accepted from any institution recognized by an accrediting agency, provided their academic background meets the requirements of the National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences (NAACLS).
