BHS MANAGERS ONLY Please join our Press-Ganey Advisor as they discuss how to maximize use of the Improvement Portal. Learning Objectives Include: 1. Summarize the types of patient experience surveys being used by Berkshire as related to the Berkshire Health Systems mission and regulatory requirements to best align patient experiences data to inform outcomes. 2. Interpret basic patient experience data as presented through reports generated through the Press Ganey Improvement Portal to better communicate and engage staff in improving patient experience. 3. Outline improvement tools and resources available through the Press Ganey Improvement Portal to support action planning and improvement initiatives. 4. Set up and schedule one or more patient experience report(s) using the Press Ganey Improvement Portal to improve efficiency in processing information and managing metrics. Limited Enrollment NOTE: Participants may be awarded institutional-based contact hours credits (non-ANCC) upon completion of the workshop. The credits meet the BORN requirements for nursing contact hours in MA and are accepted for license renewal (may be accepted by other states as well). Individuals from disciplines other than nursing are requested to contact their accrediting board to determine if the contact hours will be accepted. In order to obtain a contact hour certificate, participants must stay for the entire program and complete an evaluation form.
