IOL FMLA Administration
BHS MANAGERS ONLY Please join Barb Patzwahl, Kathy McNinch, and Katie Doucette as they discuss the FMLA administration process. Learning objectives include: •Review key aspects of the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and related polices to improve compliance •Define managerial expectations regarding administration of leaves to promote efficient, accurate, and consistent processing •Address the nuances of FMLA and ADA to ensure efficient and accurate outcomes NOTE: Participants may be awarded institutional-based contact hours credits (non-ANCC) upon completion of the workshop. The credits meet the BORN requirements for nursing contact hours in MA and are accepted for license renewal (may be accepted by other states as well). Individuals from disciplines other than nursing are requested to contact their accrediting board to determine if the contact hours will be accepted. In order to obtain a contact hour certificate, participants must stay for the entire program and complete an evaluation form. Limited Enrollment.
