Learning objectives include: *Define the role of workplace coaching in creating a high performing culture *Outline the process of preparing and delivering a coaching session to improve employee performance NOTE: This is part 1 of a two-part workshop series. Please register for both sessions. Limited Enrollment. NOTE: Participants may be awarded institutional-based contact hours credits (non-ANCC) upon completion of the coaching workshops. The credits meet the BORN requirements for nursing contact hours in MA and are accepted for license renewal (may be accepted by other states as well). Individuals from disciplines other than nursing are requested to contact their accrediting board to determine if the contact hours will be accepted. In order to obtain a contact hour certificate, participants must stay for the entire program and complete an evaluation form.
