BHS MANAGERS ONLY Please join Christa Melillo, Patient Relations Manager as she discusses the BMC patient complaint management process. Learning Objectives include: *Identify & respond to patient complaints *Understand the process of handling patient issues *Deliver an appropriate response to patients/families Limited enrollment. NOTE: Participants may be awarded institutional-based contact hours credits (non-ANCC) upon completion of the workshop. The credits meet the BORN requirements for nursing contact hours in MA and are accepted for license renewal (may be accepted by other states as well). Individuals from disciplines other than nursing are requested to contact their accrediting board to determine if the contact hours will be accepted. In order to obtain a contact hour certificate, participants must stay for the entire program and complete an evaluation form. Limited enrollment.
