The BMC North County Renal Dialysis Center is located at the North Adams Campus of BMC, adjacent to the Ambulatory Care Center, and provides comprehensive renal dialysis care to dozens of patients in North Berkshire and Southern Vermont. This $2.2 million state-of-the-art center is the first renal dialysis center in North Berkshire.
The nine-chair center is staffed by seven specialized renal providers, a nurse educator, dietitian and social worker. Providers at the North County Center include Drs. David Henner, Steven Lamontagne and Kevin Quiusky, and Nurse Practitioners Sheila Silbsy and Lauren Fleury. The Center’s Clinical Manager is Kathleen Bianchi, RN.
BMC North County Dialysis Center is located at the North Adams Campus of Berkshire Medical Center, in the old Doctor’s Building of the former North Adams Regional Hospital. The Center provides dialysis services Monday through Saturday in morning and afternoon shifts. The Center can be accessed through the main entryway to the Ambulatory Care Center.
The Nephrology physician practice office, formerly located in the Dialysis Center, is now located at the BMC Northern Berkshire Specialty Practices location and provides consults for patients with Kidney disease and will hold follow-up visits for dialysis patients.
