Berkshire Internists of BMC PATIENT PORTAL
Berkshire Internists of BMC offers patients 24x7 access to personal health information through our Patient Portal. Using a secure username and password, patients are able to access some of the following online features:
Electronically communicate with your physician, Request appointments, Prescription refills, Edit and update demographic information, Ask Billing/Insurance questions, Request visit summaries, office notes and chart documents, Send medical records questions and requests.
Getting started on the portal is easy, simply let us know you would like to be registered on the portal.
There are two ways to get registered:
1. Give us an email address. Please note: We do not send or receive any medical or personal information via your email address. Whenever there is activity on your portal account, the system will send an alert to your email address, letting you know to sign into your secure portal account.
Once we register your secure patient portal account, we will send you an email with instructions on how to access your portal.
The email will also contain instructions on how to update your password to your own personal/private password.
2. IF you DO NOT HAVE an email address, you can still be registered on the patient portal. You do NOT NEED to have an email address to be registered on the portal, you only need internet access.
We will register you on the portal.
We will call you, when the registration is complete, and let you know what your user name is.
We will instruct you on how to update the password, to be your own personal/private password.
