Sleep is our business. If you are not getting your fair share of quality sleep, we can help.
It has been said we can survive three times longer without food as we can without sleep. A good night’s sleep does much more than allow you to wake up refreshed and ready to take on the world. Sound sleep plays a critical role in immune function, metabolism, memory, learning and much more. Chronic disruption in sleep can impact health and the quality of life in subtle, significant and potentially devastating ways. Over 40 million American have some form of sleep disorder including:
• Sleep Apnea Syndrome & Heavy Snoring
• Periodic Limb Movement Disorder
• Restless Leg Syndrome
• Jet Lag, Shift Work, and other Circadian Rhythm Disorders
• Insomnia
• Terrors, Nightmares, Sleepwalking, and other Parasomnias
• Narcolepsy
