How Much Will This Cost?

Participation in the EAP is voluntary and is provided as a benefit program for you by your employer. There is no charge, fees, or co-pays for our services. If your situation requires more intensive treatment, you will be referred to the appropriate level and provider of care within the benefit design of your health insurance plan.

If you do not have health insurance, or cannot afford health care coverage, Massachusetts now provides opportunities for individuals and families to obtain the low cost healthcare insurance you need. Check out the Berkshire Health Systems' Advocacy for Access program for more information on how to enroll.

What About Confidentiality?

All communication with the EAP is considered protected health information. This information will not be disclosed to your employer or other party without your signed authorization.  Massachusetts law does require reporting if there is a reasonable basis to believe you may be a danger to yourself, an elder, handicapped person, or child.
